To all our group fitness classes we recommend you bring determination, positivity and energy! Also, running shoes, a water bottle and a Sweat towel.
No matter the class, you should be prepared to sweat, listen to some good tunes, have fun while being challenged to be the best that YOU can be.

9:30am - Morning Mobility (Chair Yoga & Weights)
12:00pm – Group Power (30mins)
6:00pm – Group Power/Yoga Flow (60mins)

5:15-5:45pm Sports Conditioning (ages 8 and over)
