To all our group fitness classes we recommend you bring determination, positivity and energy! Also, running shoes, a water bottle and a Sweat towel.
No matter the class, you should be prepared to sweat, listen to some good tunes, have fun while being challenged to be the best that YOU can be.
Monday:
6:00am – Morning Boost (35 mins.)
7:00am - Pilates with Emily
9:30am - Morning Mobility (Weights and Circuit)
10:15am – Group Power (30mins)
4:15pm - ABC Circuit (starts Sept. 8th)
6:00pm – Group Power/Yoga Flow (60mins)
7:15pm - Restorative Yoga (Sept. 15th only)
Tuesday:
5:00am – Group Power (30 mins)
6:00am – Running Group
7:00am - ABC's (Arms. Butt and Core) (35mins)
9:30am – Mom and Baby Stroller Bootcamp
10:30am - Gentle Yoga (45mins)
6:00pm – Step and Strength (50mins)
7:00pm - Line Dancing NEW Session starts Sept. 30
(included in monthly membership, otherwise $70.00 per session - length of session to come)
Wednesday:
6:00am – Group Power (45 mins.)

4:30pm – ABC's (Arms, Butt and Core 35mins)
6:00pm - Vinyasa Yoga with Kelly
7:15pm - Yin Yoga with Sound Bowls (starts Sept. 10th)
