Fitness Class Schedule

To all our group fitness classes we recommend you bring determination, positivity and energy! Also, running shoes, a water bottle and a Sweat towel.


No matter the class, you should be prepared to sweat, listen to some good tunes, have fun while being challenged to be the best that YOU can be.

Monday:

6:00am – Morning Boost (35 mins.)

7:00am - Pilates

9:30am - Morning Mobility (Chair Yoga & Weights)

12:00pm – Group Power (30mins)

6:00pm – Group Power/Yoga Flow (60mins)

Tuesday:

5:00am – Group Power (30 mins)

6:00am – Running Group

7:00am - Cardio HIIT (35mins)

9:30am – Mom and Baby Stroller Bootcamp (meet at Locality Wellness Hub)

10:30am - Gentle Yoga (45mins)

6:00pm – Step and Strength (60mins)

5:15-5:45pm Sports Conditioning (ages 8 and over)

Wednesday:

6:00am – Group Power (45 mins.)

9:30am – Morning Mobility

10:30am - Yoga Foundations (45mins) 

12:00pm – Group Power (30 min. Lunch Recharge)

4:00pm – ABC's (Arms, Butt and Core 35mins)

5:45pm - TRX (30mins.)

6:30pm - Pilates

Thursday:

5:00am – Rise and Grind (30 mins.)

6:00am – Running Group (35 mins.)

7:00am – Morning Boost (35mins.)

9:30am – Mom and Baby Stroller Bootcamp (meet at the Locality Wellness Hub)

10:30 am - Gentle Yoga

6:00pm – Vinyasa Yoga (60 mins.)

7:00am - Running Group

8:00am – ABC's Circuit (45 mins.)
