TRX

Thursdays at 6pm (DOH studio starting Nov. 7th)

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. We will use bodyweight, movement, and gravity for a challenging and effective workout. All levels are welcome to join as we will work up to each stage of ability.
