Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30am (45 mins.)

This class is a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions. A slower and gentler practice of yoga allows a person to move at a comfortable pace and can be practiced by anyone regardless of age and ability.
