Power Yoga

Monday: 6:00pm (60 mins.)

A vigorous and dynamic yoga class that focuses on strength, flexibility and balance and ends with a wonderful shavasana to finish the day taking time just for you. Modifications will be given for the beginners in the class and those experienced yogis are welcome to join and take on the challenges throughout the class.
